Lisa handles quality testing on software platforms, assists with plan documentation, selects sample claims and leads site visit review for medical and dental claims audits. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare including development and installation of laboratory information and hospital information systems. She also has software experience in human resources and benefits. Lisa graduated from Lipscomb University with a bachelor’s degree in biology with emphasis in medical technology.

The supportive environment that exists here has made me feel valued and that the work I do is an important part of making a difference for our clients. Every team member is encouraged to ask questions and make suggestions to improve our processes at every level. I also appreciate the ability to grow and learn new skills. When I began at the company, I was analyzing and documenting benefits and have currently transitioned to choosing the claims and performing site visits to audit those claims. Being part of such a great team and having co-workers that strive to maintain high standards not only makes it easier on everyone who works at JGI, but that dedication spills over to the client and ensures that they get the best service that we can offer.
