Lisa Killingsworth
Auditor and Coding Specialist
Lisa has over twenty years of broad experience in the healthcare industry including development and installation of Laboratory Information Systems and Hospital Information Systems. She has implemented and maintained multiple new systems, built reports and assisted in the installation of hardware, as well as educated end users by constructing user manuals and providing on-call system support. She also has experience in the Human Resources and Benefits area designing and creating new software for clients. Lisa’s role at JGI includes quality testing on software platforms, assisting with plan documentation, selecting sample claims and leading site visit review for medical and dental claims audits. Lisa graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with emphasis in Medical Technology.
