David’s passion for data has grown out of the desire to help businesses discover automated ways to process data as well as analyze trends to improve future performance. He has been involved in all data aspects of projects at JGI including running standard algorithms and writing custom queries as well as studying the data to uncover anomalies that require closer examination. David has over twenty years of experience in the Human Resources and Benefits field focusing on automation, analytics and creating custom software for businesses. He has designed and created applications used by Fortune 500 companies along with having built interfaces between these platforms. David has also managed the implementation of several enterprise applications as well as data conversion from legacy systems. His primary role in recent years is as the lead developer of our customized claims audit platform which has drastically improved efficiency in all phases of projects, allowed for customized project management specific to our project milestones and ensured effective and ongoing quality assurance throughout the claims audit process. All staff at JGI operate within this platform daily thus making this a foundational piece of infrastructure and top priority for ongoing development in the years to come.
