As our lead report writer, Jennifer has developed and standardized hundreds of findings for use on medical, pharmacy and dental claims audits. She also assists with plan documentation, research and sample claim feedback. Her background includes journalism, education and healthcare administration. Jennifer holds both a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s in education from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

As the lead report writer for JGI, my goal is to craft a clear overview of our findings that allows clients to easily access and track the results of their audit.
