Jennifer’s affinity for the nuances of language, coupled with a passion for research, ensure detailed and thorough analysis of plan documentation for our clients as well as clear and concise findings to communicate our position on complex topics. She participates in multiple functions at JGI including assisting with plan documentation, participating in research with the coding team, processing sample claim feedback and developing findings on all projects following completion of site visit feedback. Her primary role is as our leading report writer where she has developed and standardized hundreds of findings for use on medical, pharmacy and dental claims audits. Jennifer’s background includes a wide variety of experiences in journalism, education, and healthcare administration. Jennifer holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
