President and Auditor

John has managed claims audits for self-insured employers for over 20 years. He has personally led the recovery of millions of dollars for clients and serves as lead claims auditor for many projects. John’s experience also includes financial modeling for healthcare providers and payers, contract management system development and implementation, fee schedule analysis and strategic planning. He graduated from Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and earned the Group Benefits Associate designation through IFEBP.

I built JGI to be a place where I wanted to work, and I am so thankful we have been able to continually grow our team with like-minded individuals who benefit from an environment that treats employees as true stakeholders. We fill a very specific need for self-insured employers, and we know that we have the right approach to ensure that we offer this service with unmatched value in the market. As President of JGI, my role is to ensure that we maximize return-on-investment for our clients which generally means staying as closely involved in the audit process as I can.
